6. i wish everyone would stop pegging me as a goody-2-shoes just cuz of my grades....noone knows me...

8. i can sew too...surgically...., i practice on pigs feet in my spare time...creepy i kno...
9. im going to virginia beach in a month and im still a fat ass
10. im afraid of never finding love...

Alright! time to make some progress in life!

ne ways....its AMAZING!!!!!!!.....i one session i lost 1/4in. all over my body...and an in. around my waist!!!

ugh
ive been doing horrible lately....
ive gained 5 lbs since i last posted....
i feel so pathetic

im goin to try this new herbal wrap therapy tho....i guess ur supposed to lose inches like crazy no matter how skinny u r to begin with

Your goal is to create a deficit, no matter what you choose. The best way to do that is to combine restricting with exercising.
Say your body burns 2000 cals a day just to circulate your blood, run your organs, etcetc. (That's an approximate average for a woman your size.)
That means -2000 cals because they've been burned.
Say you eat +500 cals in a day.
That's -1500 cals (-2000 + 500 in food)
Say you exercise for an hour and burn 400 cals.
That's -1900 cals (-2000 + 500 in food - 400 in exercise)

Your total for the day is -1900 cals.
1 pound of fat weighs 3500 cals. You've already burned off over half a pound. It's pure science and math. Keep track of what you take in, versus what you use up and you'll be able to know exactly how much you can lose.

To lose 1 pound in 1 day, you'd have to eat nothing at all, and do several hours of exercise to burn 1500 cals. (-2000 - 1500 in exercise = -3500)

drink a glass of water every hour it will make you feel full
-drink cold water. your body will burn more calories to bring the water back to a good temperature for digestion. and its good for your skin
-3 cups of green tea a day with sweetner has no calories and pushes your metabolism and is alsow good for your skin.
-eat popsicles or no sugar chewing gum. it will make your body think its getting food, but no cals.
-do gym exersise and aerobics until you dont feel like yourgoing to faint
-spicy food increases your metabolism
-take cold showers, burns cals brining your body to its normal temperature.

hey everyone!!! i'm so excited!!!!!! i finally dropped to my lowest ever! 102 LBS!!!!!!! YES!!!!! and tommorrow i am going swimming ( that means bathing suit ) so tommorrow i won't eat anything so hopefully i can drop to at least 100 LBS! hope everyone is doing as great! best wishes!
